Returns Policy

Cancellations, Returns/Exchanges and Warranty


Cancellations will generally not be accepted once the order is processed. From time to time, products become unavailable, in which case, Transformance Mechanical Engineering Pty Ltd (TME) will offer a cancellation or suggest an alternative product. If other extenuating circumstances apply, TME may offer a cancellation at TME’s discretion, in these cases, cancellation may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.


Returns will generally only be accepted in the event of a faulty or damaged product, if a product is incorrectly shipped or if a product is different than described. If extenuating circumstances apply, TME may accept returns at TME’s discretion, in these cases, a return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any additional costs associated with shipping or repackaging. Exchanges (in the event of an incorrect product being purchased) may be possible by request only, at TME’s discretion and may be subject to restocking and/or shipping and repackaging fees. Once an item has been fitted, we cannot offer a return.


In the event of a faulty or damaged product TME will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with ACCC guidelines or any manufacturer warranty over and above statutory requirements. The return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

In addition to any statutory warranties, manufacturer warranty is passed onto the original purchaser only, of any product, all warranty claims are to be made to TME, not the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and ensure correct installation by appropriately licenced technicians.
